Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing and approving samples, designs, measurements, artwork and specifications before production begins.
After approval and the start of production, changes may not be possible. Requested changes may result in additional charges or an extended delivery time.
7. Prices
Product prices may change without prior notice. A quoted price is valid only for the period stated in the quotation.
Unless otherwise stated, prices may not include delivery fees, taxes, duties, custom packaging, design charges or other additional costs.
Final pricing for custom or bulk orders will depend on the product design, leather type, accessories, branding, quantity and production requirements.
8. Payment
Payment methods and schedules will be communicated when an order is confirmed.
Custom and bulk orders may require an advance payment before materials are purchased or production begins. The remaining balance must be paid according to the agreed payment schedule.
An order may be delayed or cancelled when payment is not received within the agreed time.
9. Delivery
Estimated delivery dates are provided in good faith and may depend on product availability, order quantity, production requirements, payment confirmation and delivery location.
Delivery may be affected by courier delays, transportation issues, natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number. We are not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by incorrect delivery information.
10. Inspection After Delivery

Any claim regarding missing, damaged, incorrect or defective products should be reported to us as soon as reasonably possible, together with the order details and relevant photographs or videos.
