1. Eligibility for Returns

• Received in a damaged condition.

• Manufacturing defects are identified upon delivery.

To be eligible, the product must be unused, in its original condition and returned with its original packaging and accessories, where applicable.

2. Products Not Eligible for Return

We are unable to accept returns for:

• Customized or personalized products.
• Products manufactured according to customer specifications.
• Items that have been used, altered or damaged after delivery.
• Products showing normal variations in leather grain, texture or colour.
• Products returned without original packaging, where applicable.

3. Return Request

If you believe your order qualifies for a return, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving the product.

When contacting us, please provide:

• Your name.
• Order details or invoice number.
• A description of the issue.
• Photographs of the product, if applicable.

Our team will review your request and advise you on the next steps.

4. Refunds

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will determine whether it qualifies for a refund.

If approved, refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible or through another mutually agreed method.

Shipping charges, handling fees or other service charges may not be refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Replacement Policy

Where appropriate, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, particularly if:

• The wrong product was delivered.
• The product has a manufacturing defect.
• The product was damaged before delivery.

Replacement products are subject to stock availability.

6. Custom and Bulk Orders

Custom-made, personalized, private-label and bulk orders are generally non-refundable and non-returnable once production has started.

If a custom product contains a manufacturing defect or does not match the approved specifications due to our error, we will review the matter and determine an appropriate solution.

7. Return Shipping

If the return is approved due to our error or a manufacturing defect, return shipping costs may be covered by Loretta Leather Bangladesh Limited.

For all other approved returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.

8. Inspection

Every returned product is inspected before a refund or replacement is approved. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
